MINI PROJECT - DOC EDITING PRACTICE
1. Go to the Class Google Drive Folder
2. You will find a folder titled EDITING PRACTICE. It will be colored Purple
3. Download everything in that folder.
4. Create a New Project.
5. Title it -- Your Name_Editing Practice --MAKE SURE TO SAVE THE PROJECT IN YOUR FOLDER
6. Bring everything you downloaded into your project
7. Wait for Mr. Boberg's Instructions
2. You will find a folder titled EDITING PRACTICE. It will be colored Purple
3. Download everything in that folder.
4. Create a New Project.
5. Title it -- Your Name_Editing Practice --MAKE SURE TO SAVE THE PROJECT IN YOUR FOLDER

Types of Documentaries
Human Profiles
Look into the life of people and tell their story. Give the audience a glimpse into what it's like to be that person.
Tell the story about something interesting they have done or are doing.
You want to find things out about what motivates them to do it, how they learned how to do something interesting or types of struggles they have overcome to make them who they are.
What to Get:
Facts about what they have accomplished or how they have affected the world
Interviews from the person you are doing a story on
Interviews from people who know them
B roll of them doing something interesting (their art if they're artist, them playing music if they are musicians, etc)

Manvel High School is one of the most diverse schools in the entire country. There are artists, athletes, musicians, people of different ethnicities, cultures, classes, etc. Everyone has a story to tell.
